Allegiant Stadium is rolling out a revamped food and beverage program for the 2026 Las Vegas Raiders season, featuring everything from fry bread pot roast tacos to premium A5 Wagyu offerings. Silver & Black Hospitality, the stadium's culinary partner, introduced new concession items, opponent-themed dishes, specialty cocktails and high-end options on Tuesday. The expansion comes after the venue finished second in nationwide voting for both Best NFL Stadium and Best NFL Stadium Food in the 2026 USA TODAY 10 Best Readers' Choice Awards.
New concession items include a fry bread pot roast taco with lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, salsa verde and chipotle crema; a street dog torta featuring pork belly and avocado aioli; and a chile relleno burger. Additional offerings include focaccia and lox sandwich, really big chicken and waffles, buffalo chicken wontons, Korean philly cheesesteak with kimchi and gochujang aioli, and an XL chicken club sandwich. Limited-edition dishes will be tied to specific opponents, such as the fry bread pot roast taco for the Kansas City Chiefs game and the street dog torta for the Los Angeles Chargers matchup.
Premium options target high-end guests with A5 Wagyu tomahawks and a new caviar ice service featuring Tsar Nicoulai Golden Osetra caviar with traditional accompaniments. Steakhouse package upgrades include a tierra y mar board with guajillo-crusted beef tenderloin and molcajete shrimp ceviche, a Las Vegas flatbread with lemon ricotta and lobster, and Japanese milk bread lobster rolls.
