The Indiana Fever marked Sophie Cunningham's 30th birthday Sunday with a 95-91 overtime win against the Atlanta Dream. The team celebrated with a locker room singing after the game, where Cunningham held a cupcake with a lit candle while teammates including Lexie Hull and Caitlin Clark joined in. The victory extended Indiana's winning streak to four consecutive games.
Caitlin Clark led the Fever with 26 points, three rebounds and nine assists. Kelsey Mitchell and Makayla Timpson each added 20 points, while Aliyah Boston recorded a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds. Cunningham appeared in 32 minutes, contributing three points, seven rebounds and a plus-8 rating.
Indiana continues its road trip Tuesday against Toronto with a 23-12 record, sitting fourth in the standings with nine games remaining. The Fever aim to secure a top-three playoff seed as they pursue a deeper postseason run following their second-round appearance last year.
